VP - Trade reconciliations (only tenured AVP/Sr AVP/VP are eligible)

This role is for a Business Engineer for the Global Reconciliations and Reporting function within Operations. The person will be responsible for the following:

Project Delivery

Providing subject matter expertise and a broad range of skills. Assuring quality of the solutions and project outcomes and broader programs.

- Pre-assessment of change requests

- Create Project Charters

- Clarify and validate requirements

- Support user acceptance testing

- Provide training and documentation

Business Architecture

Advance the maturity of Group Operations by assimilating and adopting industry-standard best practices for strategy definition and change management

Define the future state strategic operating models:

- business architecture

- control models.

- location strategies

Innovation

Championing innovation initiatives within TACC (e.g. Robotics, Utilitization, Artificial Intelligence)

- Drive an innovation culture.

- Capture innovative ideas from the line and convert them into projects / POCs.

- Track and drive the ideas to resolution removing blockers.

- Report and ensure realisation of the benefits.

Qualifications

- Excellent project management skills with clear examples of tangible impact on project delivery.

- Excellent knowledge of Reconcilations - specifically trade reconciliations.

- Good product knowledge across OTC, FX, and securities.

- Must be a motivated individual, with good interpersonal skills and ability to across both Operations and IT.
