Description :

- The incumbent in this role will lead the Trade Control team of Trade Analysts and Specialists in India for Equities products across Global Markets

- Ensures that trade support is compliant by ensuring team processes and procedures are up to date, accurate and evolving

- Develops and implements new processes, systems and participates in strategic planning. Continually reviews roles and responsibilities with an understanding of regulatory and operational risks associated with core processes that form part of Trade control operations

- Manage, coach and mentor teams comprising of SMEs

- Understand and challenge team procedures to continually improve and build the operating model

- Build and manage relationships with varied functional stakeholders globally

- Ensuring timely delivery of Middle Office/Front Office critical reports to various stake holders

Profile :

- Overall experience of 12+ years with 8+ years of experience in Trade Support function within an Investment Banking environment

- Strong communication & negotiation skills across all levels of seniority including especially with the Trading desk

- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a high pressured environment

- Strong understanding of the Trade Life cycle with adequate experience in Trade and Product Control processes

- Strong Equities Product knowledge

- Should possess a beginners mind set and analytical ability of evolving processes

- Proven analytical skills including data reconciliation and interpretation
