Over the last decade, they have emerged as a preferred service partner to a majority of leading Indian and multi-national companies. They are looking for a Temp Sourcing Head to be part of its flagship Staffing Business.  Position : VP - Temp Sourcing  Education : MBA ( Pedigree education preferred )  Experience : 15 - 20 years in people sourcing activity  Location : Bangalore  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience. Your current CTC should be upwards of 35L ( with at least 28 - 30 L fixed ).  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. The Temp Sourcing vertical handles the hiring of temp resources for clients or for those to be placed by client itself as - Associates- and is a critical driver to the growth of the Temp Staffing business. This involves handling regional and national team structures, recruitment plans and recruitment drives in bulk for low skilled jobs across India. This position would handle multiple teams to drive the number closures including those for critical National Strategic accounts. The selected candidate will be based at Bangalore and will function as the VP of the Temp Sourcing vertical and part of the Staffing Leadership Team. He/she will handle the national role for temp hiring and lead a team of 70-80 people.  2. Candidate will be providing Strategic inputs for the Business, managing the Budget and Forecast for the Business. Ensuring conversion of Temp Mandates. Managing Cost of Operations, which translates to lowering cost of hire. Ensuring Operational / Delivery Excellence eg. Number productivity, Use of Technology. Handling Escalations from Clients and internal stakeholders. Client Interactions, Mining of Clients. Expanding Temped numbers / Temp reach Pan India through delivery, partnerships, alliances etc. Managing collections, bad debts, process related activities like offers, recons, do ability targets. Should have a Management degree ( premier institute is desirable ).  3. Candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience and should have independently managed a profit and loss centre of a medium to large sized company. Experience in a client front ending / delivery team/ volume sales/ bulk recruitment role. Experience in managing diverse teams with an overall Span of Control of at least 50.
