Vice President - Technology Solutions - Payments/Digital & Mobility - Bank

One of our Clients, a Leading Bank is looking out for a Head - Digital & Mobility to be based at Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should be a BE/BTech/MCA with 15 - 18 years of IT background with 5 to 7 years in senior position preferably in BFSI or Ecommerce segment.

- Strong project management and skills and management of development, maintenance and support teams.

- Hands on experience in handling Java and Oracle DB must during the prior assignments.

- Working knowledge of application server / middleware technologies like IBM Websphere, Oracle Weblogic, IIS, etc.

- Development, Production Support experience on Java platforms and technologies like HTML 5.

- Excellent know how of internet / mobile security / PCI - DSS /PKI /SSL encryption etc etc

- Working knowledge of Integration technologies like XML, WSDL, ISO8583, Messaging, OFX,

- Should be familiar networks both Lan / WAN/Load balancing/Routing.

- Working knowledge of various application/web server like weblogic, websphere, tomcat, jboss etc.

- Should have implemented Internet facing application or Mobility applicationin BFSI or Retail segment .

- Excellent understanding and hands on working knowledge of designing performance/load/stress testing strategies and test cases.

- Familiarity/ understanding of Network Security technologies like Firewall,DMZ, SSL, etc.

- Experience of having worked with Database technologies like Oracle DB, SQL Server, etc

- Candidates require to be with good communication skills, positive attitude and preferably with certification in the technologies mentioned above.

Job Description :

- This role is responsible for market scouting, recommendation and implementation of all Digital and Mobility initiatives for the Bank from technology end.

- The position involves planning, organizing and controlling all day to day New IT initiatives functions of the Bank and collaborate with all internal as well as external stakeholders.

- Technical knowledge Internet technologies, Mobile, Wallets, encryption standards like PKI / hashing etc etc..

- Understand the Functional & Technical requirements, work on solution delivery with Vendors,

- Do market scouting, review / evaluate the product offering and recommend the solution for implementation .

- Design the recommended solution as per Banks need and ecosystem.

- Create integration & implementation plans, do risk assessment on IT systems,

- Create/review Interfaces design, do sizing, create BoM, etc.

- Carry out System Integration & Implementation.
