What you'll do:

- Lead cross-functional teams to conceive and develop new concepts, establish development milestones, and manage the development, implementation and subsequent rollout

- Provide leadership to a global technology team, establishing objectives and priorities and ensuring delivery against those milestones

- Balance requirements and consumer experience to build a best-in-class fresh food product

- Stay on top of multiple projects and details without losing sight of the - big picture-

Who you are:

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in product development or technology

- Well-versed and experienced within consumer technology and/or O2O companies

- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse functional and geographically - dispersed technology team to drive high-impact initiatives and deliver meaningful business results

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong bias for action

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that help simplify, clearly and succinctly convey complex information and ideas to individuals across all levels of the organization

- Lead with open, candid relationships and are inspiring, humble and approachable

- Create an environment where people can realize their full potential

- Passionately engage and develop talent and provide a compelling, unifying vision that steers and motivates

- Inspire deeper thinking and understanding by leading with questions rather than opinions

- Can confidently make recommendations across competing and equally critical business needs

- New Retail, fresh food commerce or previous large-scale startup experience will help your cause and you will be reporting directly to our CEO and COO.
