Vice President - Technology Research & Development - Plant

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Developing, enhancing and cascading technology and technology inputs across Process Plants like Incinerators, TSDFs, P&D Plants etc. through equipment, process and collaboration route.

- Act as Technical face of the company and interactions with regulators like MOEF, PCBs etc. and external environmental bodies like EPTRI, NEERI, Municipal Corporations etc.

- Ensure Process Compliances to regulatory requirements and environment laws

- Training of technical teams.

- Guide the processes like leachate evaporation, blending of waste, environmental liability insurance etc.

- Participate in the contests and win the Environmental awards for REEL.

- Routine EHS audits and continual improvement of regulatory compliances.

- Enhancing the capacity and optimum utilization of laboratories available at TSDF/P&D Plants

- Support approval through technical evaluation for new Incinerators, TSDF, P&D facilities at various locations.

- Should have strong focus on recycling, resource recovery and innovation through Applied Technology pilot testing, bench scale experiments, commercialization and scale up of new technologies.
