Job Description :

- Understanding client's needs & managing customization of product accordingly and consulting with Technical Team to provide solutions as per the delivery schedules

- Developing technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency and achieving business excellence and managing risks and planning for contingencies to ensure minimal effect on deliverables

Ensuring :

- Best practices for coding, architecture, and security are employed, and maintaining responsibility for the quality development of all applications

- Rendering technical guidance and leadership to fellow team members in the area of expertise; conducting annual performance reviews for team members

- Resolving the problem/incident within the SLA/benchmark time in a prompt and coordinated manner

- Defining service standards and guidelines that acted as benchmark for excellent service delivery; steering continuous implementation of changes

- Front-leading all phases of the project life cycle inclusive of scoping, development, integration, deployment, testing, maintenance, and production support

- Managing various technical aspects like project documentation, system design & integration, coding of modules, monitoring critical paths & taking appropriate actions.

- Maintaining healthy relations with internal & external stakeholders (subject matter experts, development groups and application support teams) to provide support for various issues; keeping a close track of developments in the field of IT applications and updating top management about the same

- Reviewing existing systems & business requirements and facilitating the implementation of new systems/ processes in line with the business goal and objectives

- Providing continuous development support to the client with regard to the application

- Analyzing business requirements and converting functional requirements into technically feasible solutions

Requirements :

- 10+ Years of experience with good exposure in Implementation, Customization of the product

- FinnOne product experience is a must

- Preferred - NBFC Industry
