- Own end to end development and operations of product and services

- Architect and scale the engineering platform

- Lead a full-stack team of developers, who are passionate about disrupting the industry.

- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements on-time.

- Foster a culture of innovation.

- Mentor team members, and ensure that they learn and grow with the company.

- Ensure software engineering life-cycle best practices are followed.

- Closely monitor and guide product releases and updates.

- Attract and retain top engineering talent.

- Help set the strategic agenda for the technology team.

- Translate this agenda into an actionable product/Tech road-map.

- Own end-to-end availability and performance of the services.
