Purpose of the Job: To manage all the projects for the urban business in the organization. Understanding the domain, getting the business requirement document properly, solution the project - would be primary functions in this role. Business discussions with stakeholders would be a key factor to the success of the project. Perspective Key Performance Indicators Business and Financial Management - Domain knowledge of the lending business (LMS) is necessary to get the requirements articulated properly - Manage cost by doing proper solutioning of the requirement - Digital project knowledge would be of additional advantage Customer Focus - Minimize production issues after go-live of projects - The solution to be appropriately and implement accordingly so that future use (across other channels) is easy People / Team - Ensure adherence to culture with focus on Integrity, Discipline, Teamwork (no silos) &amp; Care - Focus on retention, development and employee engagement Process / Quality Improvement - Ensure strong corporate governance, regulatory compliance &amp; adherence to management model No. of years of relevant experience: - Should have worked either in Corporate IT Applications function, preferably in FIs/Banks or with IT Company in FI / Bank space Task performed: - Domain knowledge of Loan Management System applications - Delivering projects on schedule - Ability to communicate equally well with vendor tech team and business teams - Vendor management - Stakeholder management - User Interface - Timely deliveries - Minimizing reworks Any specific specialization/education: - MBA/MCA; Engineering background preferred
