Vice President - Technology (6-20 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Our ideal VP has experience leading teams of engineers and developers while ensuring the completion of tasks by assigned deadlines.
- You should be able to manage personnel efficiently so as to understand each subordinate- strengths, and weaknesses, delegating tasks accordingly and streamlining tasks.
- You must act as a technical leader, often developing a technical strategy with the CTO and representing the Organisation's Technological assets in discussions with other Heads of Department about product and company strategy.
- Essentially a connector of broader company goals with day-to-day development objectives, the VP of Technology plays an integral role in the smooth functioning of the organisation.
- You must also establish team metrics for measurement of engineering and operational excellence. Implement a consistent, regular process for assessment and improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in managing technology teams
- Have experience in working on large scale applications, preferably in microservices and cryptocurrency setup.
- Must have experience in dealing with multiple web and database technologies
- Capability to be hands-on whenever it's required.
- Willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment
