Vice President_Talent Match In this role, you will : - Take end to end accountability for talent fulfilment, ensuring that the business is adequately staffed with the resources available at the right time, right location, with the right skills set in the right cost structure - Drive revenue acceleration and cost avoidance through efficient management of the talent supply chain - Act as a trusted advisor to the business, proactively listen and synthesize inputs & feedback from the business to set up a positive feedback loop to the team within the TalentMatch that is working on driving process standardization - Forecast and create staffing and investment strategies to build the talent pipeline - Explore all channels of resourcing as well as leverage best practices from the market to create the best ecosystem for attracting and mobilizing talent - Ensure that the pipeline creating activities meet the demand effectively at optimal cost sets, KPI benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to meet and exceed all business SLAs on talent fulfilment - Work closely with vertical leadership including COOs, cross-functional teams including the vertical HR leaders and transition teams, to plan and deliver roadmap we are creating - Drive regular governance model within the vertical to drive changes and bring back the feedback from the business to work together in partnership - Challenge the status quo across key feeders to the supply pool and implement solutions that facilitate visibility of available skills across talent supply chain And the requirements are : - Lead the way in implementing the solutions, be detail oriented and build a strong execution plan - Experience in project managing complex projects end to end - Being able to quickly build a rapport and establish a collaborative partnership with the business leaders - Passion and tenacity - Ability to fail forward and learn rapidly from the failures and course correct appropriately - Excellent management skills - must be able to mentor, guide, and inspire team members - Excellent communication and presentation skills-must be able to simplify complex topics, clearly articulate change and persuasively engage senior leaders - Preferable qualification : Experience in driving transformation of any kind, large program management or human resources
