- Responsible for sales & marketing recruiting for esteemedorganization across India Markets
- Managing a team of 12-15 for all recruitment activities
- Handling positions from entry to mid-senior level across LOBs
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle right from sourcing to candidate onboarding
- Providing market intelligence to stakeholders/hiring leaders and creating an ongoing pipeline for specific roles
- Identifying future talent needs and leading the team to proactively source and recruit for developing quality talent pool
- Responsible for developing recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
- Ensuring that the hiring targets are met within the specified SLAs by maintaining turnaround time and source mix
- Responsible for managing and maintaining profitability for the respective LOB
- To ensure that the team is proactively staffed to capacity at all times to meet the business demands
- Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels.
- Full life cycle of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated ability to deliver customized strategies.
- Taking ownership and responsibility regardless of the positive or negative situation.
- Understanding our hiring leaders needs and delivering value by creating right the solutions
- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, convey, and relate ideas, concepts and issues clearly and confidently through all channels while having an awareness of environmental cues.
- Responsible for deploying sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for Niche hiring across all levels
- Interaction with Business Head to discuss the requirement plan and device the action plan.
- Sourcing best talent through social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and Employee Referral Program& Internal job posts.
- Client Relationship Management/stake holder management.
- Strategizing Hiring requirements according to client's demands and ensuring that their needs are met on time and in the most cost effective manner.
Candidate Qualification:
- Graduate with 9-15 years of talent acquisition experience with at least 6 years of hiring experience in fast paced credit card sales environment spanning across B2C (Consumer Sales), B2B (Corporate), Merchant, Marketing & Branding, Product Development (Membership & Rewards)
- Ideal candidate should be persuasive, influencing, out spoken, subject matter expertise with excellent Business Acumen
- Candidate with PAN India sales hiring experience would be preferred
- Demonstrated prior ability to hire 80-100 sales positions a month
- Candidate from Banking, Insurance, Automobile Industry would be preferred
- Excellent Executive presence with excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to formulate customized sourcing strategies as per changing business demands & trends
- Prior experience in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders including Hiring Leaders
- Financial acumen
- Analytical bent of mind and proficient with Microsoft excel
- Good Presentation skills
- Proven ability to multi task and manage many projects/tasks at the same time
- Proven ability to work under pressure to deliver to client timelines
- Flexibility to travel across centers and locations
