Key Responsibilities -
- Lead, manage and develop the recruiting team to consistently deliver a high level of performance as an efficient, effective and collaborative partner with the business as a whole and with the various business unit leaders
- Support business leaders to manage headcount planning and set recruiting targets; understand market trends and competitive dynamics, and develop talent acquisition strategies to achieve those targets
- Provide structure and strategy to hiring for experienced positions across all levels and departments within the organization, including managing relationships with outside search firms and developing a program to, in certain cases, identify and source candidates without using third-party search firms
- Provide regular updates to business executives on progress against hiring targets and other key talent acquisition initiatives
- Manage efforts to optimize employment branding, candidate experience, interviewer training, diversity hiring, and internship programs
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, developing and implementing projects to increase recruiting efficiency and effectiveness for the recruiting team and business partners, as well as identifying problems and remedying them in a sustained, system-wide fashion
- Implement best practices for recruiting across all efforts and strategies
