- Biulding Hiring strategy and Providing strategic ideas to business and different stakeholders, building talent strategy to design and develop business specific acquisition plans which include campus, experienced and direct admit as well as contingent workers
- Managing relationship with all the Executive level and business level stakeholders. Collabrating with the internal team and developing strong innovative strategic sourcing strategies.
- Managing operations - Attract, hire and utilize a flexible recruiting workforce to support fluctuating demand and/or accommodate short-term needs given leaves, etc. Align resources to deliver against demand within the business and industries they serve
