Vice President - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services (8-16 yrs)

We have an urgent vacancy for VP - Talent acquisition with a leading client in BFSI sector. Role details are given below:

- Plan and develop a strategic approach, policies and initiatives to meet the recruitment targets without compromising the quality of hire

- Partner closely with all Business heads in India and globally to design a blueprint of recruitment goals, handle big organizational change and ensure that capability exists in the team to drive the same

- Working towards identifying and implementing robust recruitment processes for both mid to senior and Executive hiring, ensuring strong source mix including social media, innovative recruitment metrics and proactive direct channels of sourcing

- Create strong fundamentals and metrics to manage end to end recruitment process from demand management to sourcing, reviewing, interviewing, offer management and finally onboarding process

Qualifications :

- Minimum 8 to 16 years of experience into Recruitment with a strong team management experience of managing at least 10+ people recently

- Candidates should preferably come from Investment Banking/ BFSI/ Techology setups

- Should have seen aggressive recruitment targets, ramp up drives and creating strong recruitment strategies for scaled up firms

- Excellent verbal and written communication + articulation skills

- Successful track record of handling recruitment strategy in a global environment is a must have
