Vice President - Talent Acquisition - Financial Services (8-10 yrs)
Our client is a growing financial services company based in Jaipur.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end HR requirements for IT function department
- Lead talent acquisition for the IT function within turnaround time to ensure business continuity
- Manage resource allocation within the unit to effectively meet the business demand
- Design and implement proactive recruiting programs and processes that attract, select and hire a highly qualified workforce
- Responsible for end to end employee life cycle management for the function
- Work closely with the COEs to develop and drive various talent and engagement practices across the function
- Ensuring optimum level of capabilities within the unit to meet business growth
Experience & Skills:
- Years of experience: 8+ years
- Mandatory background in IT preferred from top tiered engineering institutes and Tier-1 B-Schools
- Must have experience in hiring for IT/ digital domain (not IT infrastructure)
