Vice President - Talent Acquisition - BPO/BPM (15-25 yrs)
Purpose of the role:
Our Client is a leading provider of customized Business Process Management (BPM) services.
Job Brief:
We are looking for a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to design and apply strategies that will help us attract and hire qualified employees. VP Talent Acquisition responsibilities include managing a team of 65 recruiters and crafting sourcing strategies for various roles, from entry-level to executive-level positions, should be able to ensure we provide an excellent candidate experience while meeting our business goals and filling our vacancies. Ultimately, the Vice President of Talent Acquisition will build a strong employer brand so that we can develop strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a VP of Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing, and evaluation
- Familiarity with Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
- Good knowledge of Asian Markets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Team-management abilities
- Exposure in BPM/BPO
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic:
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that enhance the visibility, reputation and brand in key recruiting markets
- Help position client as an employer of choice among target candidates
- Lead and manage the workforce planning process and talent acquisition activities
- Formulate and implement an employment branding strategy that effectively articulates organisation's employee value proposition in order to attract top talent
- Leverage social networking and other cutting edge recruiting technologies and tools to
connect with a broad and diverse talent network
- Partner with leaders and executive team to provide strategy and support for talent
acquisition solutions including Employment Branding, Candidate Experience, Employee
Referral Program, Intern Programs, College/University Relations, and onboarding
strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide assistance as needed
- Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse
candidates
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience
- Maintain talent pipelines with potential candidates and past applicants for future staffing
needs
- Organize recruitment events to establish a strong employer brand
