Job Responsibilities:
- The incumbent in the role will lead the Talent Acquisition efforts and programs for India & APAC - strategize, budget on the recruitment portfolio across all levels & positions for the Operations & The Technology business.
- The incumbent in the role will act as an advisor to our stakeholders across business and HR on Staffing activities.
- He/She will set strategic direction for the function and bring in great execution skills to deliver value to the business.
Candidate Requirement: 15+ years of experience with experience in handling end to end talent acquisition from Investment Banking Captives with exposure in handling India & APAC hiring
