JOB SUMMARY

1. To lead, execute, implement and deliver the new features/functionalities on mobile app, chat bot, WhatsApp, Alexa, social banking, Website etc

2. To drive the usage of mobile app across all platforms

3. To understand the requirement shared by product teams

Detailed Responsibilities:

1. Exposure and hand-on experience on mobile applications across all platforms i.e. Android, iOS.

2. Working knowledge and exposure on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning use cases across financial services domain on channels like Chatbot, Alexa and WhatsApp

3. Exposure to working on mainstream Digital Channels like Net or Mobile Banking

4. Exposure on various digital channels like website and m-site

5. In-depth knowledge on UPI payments especially on UPI 1.0 and UPI 2.0. Both issuance and acquiring.

6. Worked on other digital channels like sms banking, missed-call banking and social banking.

7. Knowledge and worked on mobile application use cases in banking industry

8. Knowledge of end to end mobile applications and its functionality and features. Worked on MADP platforms.

9. Understanding of Banking processes and end to end knowledge of banking inter-linked systems (core banking, CRM, LMS etc)

10. Reduction of redundant steps and increasing speed of execution on all online platforms.

11. Understand the business requirements in detail provided by business/products team

12. Have done end to end detailed analysis of business requirement document

13. Sharp and innovative mind, and the ability to think independently and apply technology and digitization for banking use cases

14. Hands on solution architecting / product implementation / solution delivery preferred with Banks

15. Should lead the QA team and help them in writing test cases and test scenarios.

16. Ideal candidate should have 8-10+ years- experience in Digital/Innovation vertical of banks of the total expeirence.

17. Provide high quality solution and manage the delivery of projects through the complete lifecycle from Initiation through to operations. Ensuring that the project is delivered on time, meets business & technical requirements

18. Orchestrate the work with IT and product to ensure deliveries and priorities are set and met.

19. Lead and support the Business units through the implementation phase

20. Have worked on writing standard operating procedures for the project
