Vice President - Supply & Strategic Initiatives - Jewellery Business

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end sourcing and merchandising team at GIVA , lead special projects of setting up company owned manufacturing facilities at GIVA

2. Build relationship and serve as the point of escalation with supply partners

3. Own the key metrics like vendor scorecards, inventory with vertical (including in transit), In-warding TAT etc.

4. Drive strategic initiatives like Standardization of product quality, ensuring standards of delivery and drive R&D for plating

5. Work cross functionally with Design, CEO's office, Ops and Marketing heads

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. 2+ Year experience in top tier consulting firm like MBB, ATK, or in the sourcing team of any FMCG, Fashion or Beverage company

2. Excellent proficiency in excel and an ability to pick up internal tools

3. Ability to lead the team of 5-6 members

4. Ability to drive strategic projects along with strong bias towards action
