Vice President - Supply Chain - Pharma

- To develop long and short term strategy and lead supply chain function

- To ensure the quality and efficiency of operations across the business throughout the supply chain.

- Organize, lead and manage supply chain operations

- Drive change management, strategy, talent and compliance

- Drive project excellence, planning and identification of continuous improvement processes

- Develop the Cost optimization programs for procurement, logistics, distribution

- Oversee the daily operations of supply chain viz; manufacturing, procurement, distribution and supply planning

- Drive contract and supplier quality compliance

- To develop competitive cost and effective contract management

- Drive performance improvement through implementation of Key metrics

- To manage P&L, talent and leadership development
