VP Supply Chain & Procurement


We are looking to hire a "Head (VP) - Supply Chain and Fulfilment" for our India and GCC business

We want to build India & GCC's largest and most-trusted Dental Care Brand. We are a technology company at heart that has developed several key innovations that help consumers with a Free & Fair diagnosis at the comfort of their home, usually just using their smartphone; this solves for the biggest consumer issues on pre-purchase clarity on pricing, quality and expected results. Our proprietary tech and systems enable us to deliver high quality services at honest prices by leveraging several operating efficiencies and process enhancements.

We have Alpha Wave Global (Falcon Edge), Sequoia Capital & Chiratae Ventures (Formerly IDG Ventures India). MBX Capital (US-based healthtech focused fund), Wami Capital - Single Family Office as our Investors. Additionally have several Industry leaders as our Angels & Mentors - Peyush Bansal, Amit Chaudhary, Aakrit Vaish, Miten Sampat and Revant Bhate

- 5+ Years of experience, previous exposure as Supply chain leader in a late-stage start-up

- Excellent knowledge & understanding of supply chain processes and systems

- Experience on using/ working with tech teams to solve Supply chain issues at scale

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Attention to detail & love for data

- Creative problem-solving, A strategic and analytical mind

- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field

Expected Commercials - INR 40-60 LPA + ESOPs
