Role &amp; Responsibilities Developing and maintaining a symbiotic relationship with SME suppliers will be foundational for realising our vision. As head of supply team, you will be responsible for curating and replenishing main supply lines for across all product categories. Strategic Leadership driving growth across categories - Be a part of company's core leadership group working with Founders and Investors to achieve company's growth target - Build a thorough understanding of entire supply chains, unit economics, product specifications and client requirements across all product categories - Build, lead, manage and develops a rockstar team with mix of disruptive talent and domain experts across categories - Manage and drive growth by identifying new areas of growth including launching new categories, building and executing key business opportunities for the category, suppliers - Lead a cohort based analysis of demand/supply trends and work with sales team to drive growth for all category /SKUs. Nurture strong supplier relationships to curate robust supply lines - Develop and maintain 360 degree strategic relationships with key suppliers, vendors, clients, internal stakeholders and collaborators across all categories - Measure and manage the vendor and supplier quality standards. Delivery performance and external regulations - Help suppliers develop and improve quality standards to create world-beating products to increase the pie for Indian exports in global markets - Work with suppliers, in-market teams, customer success team to identify future growth opportunities for SME suppliers and company At the same time - ensure that procurement practices meet all control and reporting objective - Guide Information System strategy and development for Procurement Operations, including Vendor Management, Purchase Inflow and Return, PO Management, etc
