Vice President - Structured Finance - NBFC (10-15 yrs)
1. Origination of new client relationships & develop transactions therein
2. Collection of client information and deal structuring. He is expected to be able to run multiple deals simultaneously, across clients.
3. Commercial negotiations
4. Build and work for clearance of proposals internally
5. Bridge the gap between client expectations and organization's ask. Manage risk reward spectrums.
6. Post disbursement monitoring & periodic interactions with client, including periodic payments and repayment.
7. Sector intelligence & regulatory developments. Industry connect.
8. Use of capital line/Bloomberg and other industry databases
9. Adaptability and fast turnaround time to clients
