1. The role is primarily responsible for driving collections and recovery of overdue payments from customers in stressed Strategic accounts (critical NPA) to maximize overall profitability.
2, Responsible for creating structured innovative solutions for stressed strategic accounts to fill the asset-liability gap
3. Maintaining relationship with strategic stressed clients to facilitate recovery and ensure future business with the client
4. Facilitate loss claim recovery from the critical identified accounts
5. Undertake necessary actions in co-ordination with the legal department for cases that need to be restructured and for cases that can be recovered through legal intervention
