- Lead strategic initiatives on improving Business Efficiencies across Operations team on the field for ensuring profitable growth of Assets, Liabilities &amp; Cross-Sell of BFIL. This includes implementation of strategic initiatives with regard to business transformation, performance and sales process improvement. - Create center of excellence for business performance management and analytics (operations team &amp; productivity related) for improving efficiency and driving growth. For the Distribution &amp; diversified product line of the company, the position will anchor all the Support activities required and will work with teams in the branches and HO functions for co-ordination and seamless operations. This will include implementing projects and planning initiatives which would lead to Efficiencies at the Enterprise level
