Vice President - Strategy & Product Management - Life Insurance (13-23 yrs)
Our client is a large Insurance organization, growing rapidly and looking to strengthen their teams with the right hires.
They are urgently looking to hire an experienced VP Product Strategy (VP/SVP) into their teams.
The incumbent will be a part of Product Strategy Team and responsible for:
- Owning the Product Strategy for the organization
- Conceptualize, design and facilitate the launch of new products in line with the strategic objectives of the organization
- Execute go-to-market activity and approach
- Ensure Product Launch, Analysis, Performance monitoring
- Ensure alignment and engagement with Sales channels, distributors, partners to ensure product success
- Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking
- Build successful market intelligence capability to identify new product opportunities
To qualify for this position, you should:
- Have good educational background
- Have 13+ years of experience of which 3+ years in Leading Product Strategy
- Have good experience in the Insurance industry (- MUST- )
- Have excellent experience in Product Management
- Have experience in engaging with Sales, Marketing for product adoption
- Have knowledge of IRDA guidelines
- Have understanding of ROI, Cost/Margins and Performance
- Good communication and Team interactions
- Ready to relocate to Bangalore
