Designation: VP, Strategy & Operations - Healthcare domain

Overall Responsibilities:

The Vice President will shape the overall business strategy for the portfolio companies in the healthcare vertical. 

Responsibilities will include - 

- Assessing operational and strategic performance for portfolio companies

- Analysing the portfolio company's strategic objectives, as well as industry trends to identify, recommend and pursue initiatives

- Aligning processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy for the portfolio companies

- Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus etc.)

- Construct forecasts and analytical models

Qualifications/skills:

- 10 years- experience with a background in consulting with at least 2-4 years in the healthcare sector, ideally with a leading hospital chain

- Understanding of market research and data analysis

- Knowledge of business operations and procedures

- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities

- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

- Excellent communication skills

- Should have strong leadership skills, with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude
