Key Responsibilities - Be part of a team that works closely with the Leadership team to develop future growth strategies and futureproof the business - Work on new initiatives, new product ideation, and be on top of industry trends and competition - Drive company strategies basis deep understanding of the drivers of financial, marketing and operational performance - Analyze Business wide data and craft insights for improving cost efficiency and customer experience and make suggestions - Develop models and work with analytics for refined data capturing and analysis - Design, manage, and improve dashboards used by senior management, external partners and investors - Drive special project assignments - MBA from Premier B School within min 8 years of post qualification experience - Atleast 4 years experience of working in a strategy firm - Should currently be a part of Strategy Team in a Corporate or Strategy Consulting - BFSi desirable but not mandatory
