Vice President - Strategic Finance - BFSI (8-15 yrs)
- Preparing annual business plan in consultation with other teams within the organisation and tracking actual performance vs the business plan
- Managing relationships with shareholders and lenders
- Setting up an AIF and raising funds for the same
- Preparing a business plan in form of a financial model and regularly updating the same basis on actual performance and changes in the market scenario
- Preparing shareholder decks for regular updates to shareholders.
- Engaging with shareholders on a regular basis
- Managing relationships with existing lenders and ensuring renewal of existing limits.
- Adding new lenders to the cap table
- Setting up an AIF vehicle for investment in stressed assets.
- Working with CEO/COO/CFO and head investments for raising funds for AIF
- Tracking market trends and regulatory framework impacting the above deliverables
