The position would be acting as the trusted advisor of business and is based at Mumbai and will cover the following functions :
Strategic Business Management :
1. Manage diverse stakeholders across different regions and functions. Ensure appropriate governance models are established and are driven on a periodic basis.
2. Plan the strategic objectives for the CC in discussion with all global and local stakeholders and monitor milestones to ensure timely delivery
3. Regular strategic progress review, accomplishments & opportunities
4. Responsible for decisions/activities that have significant impact on the organization's P&L
5. Manage monthly highlights & performance reporting to wider forums
6. Keep up to date with industry practice, product development and evolving regulations
7. Oversee consultative partnerships across multiple Stakeholders with strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data
8. Establish standards for collaboration with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals; advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals
Client/ Customer :
1. Manage client interactions and visits to the Corporate Center
2. Prepare and present management reporting information & decks and be fully conversant with current internal and external best industry practices
3. Ensure Corporate Center overview is always current to recent business updates
4. Support analytical innovation, including, for example, evaluating the current operational environment for opportunities to leverage automation tools including Machine Learning techniques
5. Managing Real Estate Infrastructure, provide transparent reporting and optimize seat utilization
6. Defining and formulating Dynamic Workforce and Workplace
7. Plan and execute upcoming DPS campus movement in Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai
Risk & Controls :
1. Ensure Operations adherence to Business and Regulatory controls and any required submissions
2. Provide strong oversight and governance on key strategic programs and provide regular updates to various senior management forums.
3. Build and enhance the operating model through strong focus on location strategy and the resiliency framework.
Communication :
- Drive the Communications agenda by leveraging Symphony, Intranet and emerging information platforms to disseminate leadership updates and success stories
Business & Change Management Support :
1. Steering management meetings and being responsible for setting the team agenda and discussion priorities
2. Being responsible for meeting documentation and key action points
3. Analysis of New Business Initiative analysis
4. Act as Trusted Partner to Operations & support any operations activity from F&BM perspective
5. Provide oversight to business management team at Manila
