Vice President (Strategic Alliances) - Insurance Gurgaon 14+ years

Location: Gurgaon

Reporting to: Sr. Vice President - Strategic Alliances

- We are looking out for a business development leader with at least 14+ years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.

- You will be responsible for forging strategic alliances and partnerships across multiple channels along with ideating and implementing strategic initiatives for various channels working closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1) Exploring & identifying growth avenues in new markets.

2) Driving the Go-to-market for new partnerships and alliances.

3) Managing new product launches.

4) Ideating new segmented opportunities across new partnerships and building workflows.

5) Owning the project management office for all new projects across new partnerships and broking.

6) Owning the business process workflows benchmarked to the competitor to create a competitive edge.

7) Creating the annual strategy for the channels in line with the firm's larger objectives.

8) Leveraging technology enablement for exploring need-based selling through innovative solutions for the front-line sales executives.

Requirements:

1) Graduate/Post-Graduate from a recognized institute.

2) 14+ years of experience developing strategic alliances and partnerships preferably from a life insurance background, however, open to exploring Health and General Insurance verticals as well.

3) Good experience in developing sales and distribution capacity.

4) Strong relationship-building, influencing, networking, and negotiation skills.

5) Strong articulation skills.
