1. This is a pure origination/ relationship management role with product focus being debt restructuring, Negotiation settlements, recapitalization etc.
2. Incumbent must have proven abilities of managing promoter level relationships with clients across Mid and Large corporate segments
3. Ideal candidate can currently in coverage / origination roles with large pvt sector banks, Big4s, Special Sits Advisory firms, Rating Agencies etc.
4. Experience in understanding and decoding financial statements & company ledgers is a must have.
Special Situation Advisory:
5. It is a pure fee-based business and advisory service designed to help stressed entities, does NOT involve lending.
6. The incumbent should have a flair for acquisition and hunting
7. Should independently be able to originate business, be a self-starter and open door for new opportunities
