Vice President - Sourcing - Non IT Domain - BFSI (10-12 yrs)
Our client is a world's leading providers of reinsurance with operations across the globe. As part of global sourcing team, they are actively seeking an experienced individual at Vice President grade, to be part of their APAC Team leading the Non-IT Sourcing.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Lead category initiatives for non-IT categories for APAC region.
- Responsible and accountable for planning and leading sourcing initiatives across all categories of spend within the India region.
- Able to lead execution and application of vendor management in the non-IT categories, aligned to the Vendor Relationship Management Framework and Global Sourcing Services and Process Landscape.
- Knowledge of competitive opportunities within all assigned categories and identify operational and cost savings to benefit the Firm.
- Manage the full RFP lifecycle to include drafting the documentation, evaluation/analysis phases, bidder reviews interviews, negotiations etc.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- At least 10+ years of Sourcing and Procurement experience in Re-Insurance, Insurance or similar financial services industry.
- Solid experience in covering Non- IT Sourcing categories.
- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role
- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output.
