Vice President Software Product Engineering ( Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and UX) - Our Client is Leading global business management software serves organization serving more than 35 million consumers in over 130 countries. - The Vice President will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the SDLC process. - We are looking for a VP who is very technical, highly product-oriented, and business driven. This person constantly thinks about customer success, technical and product strategy, and how to grow the business at a rapid pace. - This role will be our senior most employee for our India Center. - The VP will work cross functionally with UX Design &amp; Research, Product Management and Engineering teams to drive our business product vision and achieve strategic business objectives. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Partner closely with counterparts to develop global product and technology strategy and roadmap using ( Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and UX) technology - Rapidly scale a the Indian R&amp;D centre, through the recruitment and development of top Software engineering and product talent. - History of strong leadership of scaling an organization at pace, while embedding strong, high-performing teams. - Lead, manage and mentor a team of engineers, product managers and related personnel, while building and developing teams capable of carrying out initiatives - Understand and collaborate on complete Software product lifecycle from concept to execution - Develop standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained. - Recommend new technology and ideas to improve sprints and efficiency. - Maintain and optimize budgets to meet goals. - Demonstrated technical software abilities and insight. - Experience with comfortably and effectively communicating with an Executive team including CEO &amp; the Board of Directors, who are based in the United States. - Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships. - Possesses a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, the drive to make that vision a reality, and technically credible to lead teams MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: - Masters / BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline; or equivalent experience. - 10+ years experience related to engineering and product management in a successful SaaS organization. - 15+ years experience leading and managing large software development projects. - Expert knowledge of key Engineering Principles, Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and UX Centered Design principles. - Extensive engineering expertise in the areas of architecture, design and development - Competitive, Driven, and want to continue to build the best products in the industry. - Excellent organization and communication skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical background. - Customer Driven and customer-facing executive experience. - of world-class software developers.
