Designation: Vice President Engineering

Job Description:

- You would be required to manage a diverse development team as well as hands-on contribute towards the developments of various products envisioned by the company. Your responsibilities would encompass leading a team of developers and engineers, collaborating with product managers, and improvising on the techniques and protocols being followed in the organisation from the engineering perspective under the umbrella of building sustainable, innovative, problem-solving products.

- You are expected to be adept with organizational leadership experience, be able to work in sync with team members, and be a strategic problem-solver. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability to connect with other engineers and developers, and have a solid foundation in engineering.

VP Engineering Qualifications and Experience

Mandatory:

- Bachelor of Technology degree Tier1 college

- 6 years of work experience in core engineering.

- Previous working experience in software design and developing customer-orientated platforms.

- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.

- Knowledgeable about industry trends, best practices, and innovative techniques of product building

- Hands on experience on JavaScript and kotlin

- Excellent communication skills

- Hands on leader

Good to Have:

- Experience in Banking or Fintech Sector 0-1 years

- Master of Technology degree

- Master of Business Administration

Your KRAs:

- Leading the team through management, individual contribution, and mentorship.

- Developing standards and procedures to ensure that quality standards are met and are consistent.

- Preparing and optimizing budgets.

- Recommending technological developments and improvements inefficiency.

- Developing the team to ensure quality end products.
