Sales :
- Steering efforts towards driving top line and bottom line objectives in line with the corporate sales objectives
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
Marketing :
- Crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative
- Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional activities as a part of brand building & market development effort
- Administering campaigns and marketing programs including contact strategy, target audience segmentation, and customer insight; developing marketing campaigns/programs to drive results against set revenue goals and customer satisfaction metrics
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
- Designing & Implementing Marketing Activities in conjunction with Strategic Business Plan at Product &Market level to - build Sustainable Customer Preference
- Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals
