Vice President - Service Delivery
Our client is a leading BPO having global presence across multiple countries worldwide. They are actively seeking Vice President - Service delivery.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide Training and quality support, development of metrics and dashboards in line with client requirements.
- Collaborate with teams across geos and verticals to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive operational excellence & process change management, re-engineering towards sustainable growth and improvement.
- Should meet and exceed client metrics: External & internal quality metric should be monitored and ensured benchmark is met.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Minimum 18 years of quality & training experience in ITES industry with good exposure to managing large teams across domain and locations.
- Experience of managing multiple clients with a large HC.
- Education - MBA/ PG Degree.
- Process oriented and problem solver.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
