Vice President/Senior VP - Corporate Sales - Insurance

Role:

To spearhead the business in region of Hyderabad and to enable the team to achieve growth and financial success (as measured by growth in Throughput premium, Commission income, Customer retention ratios & EBITDA/ PBT ) in a rapidly developing, changing and highly competitive environment. In this role the individual will be required to have a good knowledge of General Insurance Products, People skills, Business Strategy, Planning and Execution skills.

Position / Business Accountabilities:

At the micro level the role involves:

- Working with team to Achieving Branch revenue Budgets.

- Continuous prospecting for maintaining consistent business growth.

- Ensuring client delight through superior services and client engagement activities

- Work with the organization in implementing business process initiatives like Compass, ISO, SAIBA etc

- Developing and maintaining systems and process for a smooth functioning of a branch.

- Handling sales and operations teams

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Direct Corporate Sales Experience

- General Insurance Domain Experience is an advantage

- University degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.

- Should have excellent leadership skills and team handling experience

- Should be very aggressive and target oriented.

- Should have an excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills.
