Key Responsibilities :
- P&L Management, Sales, Sales Strategies, Building and maintaining business relationships.
- Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization's operational and fiscal function and performance
- Leading the development and execution of long-term strategies
- Creating and implementing the company or organizations vision and mission
- Evaluating the work of other executive leaders within the company, including directors, vice presidents, and presidents
- Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
- The candidate will be responsible for expanding client base of group
- To meet and on board new clients for investing in Fixed Income Products and Mutual Funds.
Desired Experience & Exposure :
- Experience of selling financial products to HNI clients (Preferably mutual fund and bonds)
- HNI on boarding and servicing
