This leader will lead the KAM team and will be responsible for driving the strategic development and global management of our key accounts, For a renowned cloud based CRM solution providing company. KEY SKILLS : - 15+ years of experience in managing Large Key Accounts (Farming/mining), focused on Global customer - Experience in handling large enterprise accounts in domestic and international geographies - A Proven record of selling enterprise business applications to large banks - Extensive external industry network with 10+ years of experience of selling Enterprise applications to private sector banks. Sold enterprise business application like CRM, LOS, AI, Digital platforms - Proven ability to manage & build rapport with CXO of customer - Expertise of managing and leading high performing teams - Commercial acumen: proposal preparation, contract discussion and negotiation - Increase breadth & depth of current relationships and key accounts - Cross-sell - Pitch our products & make inroads through influencers EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES : Engineering and MBA from good pedigree PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY : - Lead a team of key account professionals - Coach the team through mentorship and modelling of positive behaviors to achieve sales qualified accounts/leads. Maintain the highest standards of personal delivery to lead and coach by example and to provide cover as required - Develop new business through existing accounts by understanding the customer's business, identify and explore commercial opportunities with the accounts. - Build an incremental sales pipeline for financial services solutions. - Be a thought leader in the rapidly evolving and disruptive space of BFSI. - Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities. - Build team culture - keep the team engaged, informed, and motivated; foster a competitive and collaborative team environment - Increase breadth & depth of current relationships and key accounts - Cross-sell - Pitch our products & make inroads through influencers
