VP/SVP - Investment Banking

Responsibilities:

- Deal Origination & Execution: Identify and initiate potential business opportunities, conduct due diligence, structure deals, negotiate terms, and oversee execution.

- End-to-End Deal Process Management: Handle all phases of the deal cycle, including market research, financial modeling, valuations, due diligence, legal documentation, and closing transactions.

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, corporate clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

- Communication & Negotiation: Possess excellent negotiation skills to structure favorable deal terms and ensure alignment between business objectives and client expectations.

- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

- Graduate, with preference to MBA /CFA / CA or equivalent from recognized Universities in India/overseas.
