VP/SVP - Human Resource

Job Description:

- Leading all functions of the Human Resource like Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits & Talent Management

- Develop and implement human resource strategy in support of the organizations overall business plan and strategic objectives

- Keeping up with government rules and public policies and making appropriate changes to company policy

- Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce our position as an equal opportunity employer

- Ensure hiring, on-boarding and management procedures are effective for diverse groups

- Oversee the digitization of company infrastructure and employee practices

- Lead monthly and quarterly employee reviews and establish corrective measures as needed

- Lead employer branding efforts (like recruitment marketing)

- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs

- Creating training and development programs

- Create and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefit schemes

- Develop and implement incentives to boost employee morale and productivity

- Ensuring learning and development

- Handling employee grievances, ensuring the code of conduct to maintain discipline and harmonious working environment

- Define Individual KRAs in Sync with the Organizational Goals and monitor its performance

- Implement the ESOPs policy and educate the employees about the same

Skills Required :

- 15+ years of experience in a fast growing company (start-up experience preferred)

- Excellent planning and organizational skills.

- Masters degree in Human Resource Management from reputed institute required

- Strong command of all aspects of the Human Resource function

- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills

- Diagnose problems quickly and foresight into potential issues

- Visionary thinker who can deliver strategic projects for the process/ organization.

- Self-driven attitude with a high sense of ownership.
