Job Title: VP/SVP - Product Head-LAS

Grade: Vice President/Sr.Vice President

Location: Mumbai

Job Purpose :

This role is instrumental in ensuring that customer first ethos of the bank are adhered to when engaging with LAS customers of the bank. The Product Head LAS is expected to ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Launch, manage and drive penetration of digital LAS product in the customer base of the bank

- Ensure a competitive product offering differentiated by superior digital client experience.

- Work closely with the policy and credit team to ensure a strong LAS portfolio

- Work closely with the analytics and marketing to identify LAS opportunities in the banks customer base

- Engage with the digital and campaigns to launch pre-approved LAS offers for bank customers

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :

- Leading a team of product managers

- Training and upskilling the team

- Ensuring sales supports to distribution channels

- Ensuring quality of portfolio through regular reviews and risk assessments
