Vice President/Senior Vice President - Fund Raising - Infrastructure Investment

- Fund raising through appropriate and economic means, Manage and control Banking/treasury functions, coordinating, communicating & liaising with banks and FI's for TL project financing compliance, cost reduction etc.

- Resource mobilization, Optimization, management and cost controls.

- Taking care of financial planning and budgeting, fund management, liaison with funders and external stake holders

- Complete overall responsibility for the books of accounts, presenting accurate financial statements to the board, investors and promoters.

- Maintaining and improving existing banking relationships while bringing on board new relationships.

- Preparing a long term fund raising plan.
