Vice President/Senior Vice President - Finance - Power Sector (10-20 yrs)
Looking for VP/Sr.Vp for our client in Power Sector
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Fund raising through appropriate and economic means, Manage and control Banking/treasury functions, coordinating, communicating & liaising with banks and FIs for TL project financing compliance, cost reduction etc.
2) Resource Mobilization, Optimization, management and cost controls.
3) Taking care of financial planning and budgeting, fund management, liaison with funders and external stake holders.
4) Complete overall responsibility for the books of accounts, presenting accurate financial statements to the board, investors and promoters.
5) Maintaining and improving existing banking relationships while bringing onboard new relationships.
6) Preparing a long term fund raising plan.
Project monitoring and control activities (including adherence to budgets, risk analysis, cash flow monitoring, profit margins and contributions).
