Position : Senior Finance Professional (VP/Sr VP Finance & Accounting)

Reports to : Promoter Director

Job Purpose :

We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to perform effective financial planning, accounting and risk management and plan the organization's financial strategy. Oversee the budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow and coordination of audit activities as well as accounts payable and receivable for the organization. Monitor that all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with appropriate Accounting Principles & standards, Statutory & Regulatory requirements, and as per the company's SOP. Maintain internal control safeguards and coordinate for all audit activities to ensure compliance in all aspect to protect the company's interest and mitigate risk.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

A. Finance & Accounting Operations / Operational Systems and Processes

B. Financial Planning

C. Financial Information Financial System and Processes

Related Activities :

- Secretarial Compliances and Monitoring of the process

- Overall Tax Management and Compliances of the group

- Loans, Bank Guarantees, and refund Cases Monitor

- Export Statutory Compliance

Academic Qualification :

- CA (mandatory) and other preferable qualifications (CWA/CS/CFA)

Skills & Experience :

- 20+ years of experience of leading Finance & Accounts in an entrepreneurial and ambitious organization with demonstrable success, including at least 5 years at a leadership level, managing Strategy and Delivery.

- Content Areas : should have worked in strategic Finance areas, including financial planning & accounting, taxation,, budgeting, reporting & controlling, financial & operational compliances

- Strategic thinking, Analytical thinking, strong communication and planning skills.

- Abreast with latest Accounting principles (Ind AS & GAAP), GST, Transfer Pricing and Direct

Taxation :

- Excellent supervisory, team building, counseling and negotiating skills
