Vice President/Senior Vice President - Delivery Leader - Wealth Management Practice

The Delivery leader will supervise and manage various service delivery teams for GWIM in India. The responsibilities will include People Management, Process Management and Client Management.

Details being :

- Grow and build out various teams so as to expand Wealth Management practice in India to complement the activities of the current team across regions.

- Provide guidance and develop the offshore teams

- Ensure smooth operations and service delivery

- Develop reports and monitor the validity of the data and metrics being reported

- Liaising and building relationships with GWIM senior management globally to grow the business locally

- Interface with various Line of Businesses and ensure client satisfaction

- Report quarterly for various models/projects from various Lines of Businesses, Compliance and Operational Risk teams

- Hiring, on-boarding and training the teams in India
