We are looking for - Consulting Leader- Knowledge Services (VP/SVP) for a client with a global presence based at Gurgaon.

Information :

Salary : Industry Standard

Work Exp : Must have minimum 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in the areas of strategy and solution development, organizational effectiveness, and operations improvement; including experience in managing and leading teams. The ideal candidate should have experience across BPO and consulting organizations. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development and consulting capability development including identifying opportunities, developing relationships, scoping prospective engagements, and developing proposals

Education : Engineer plus MBA from a top tier B-school ;

Preferred : Lean Six Sigma BB/MBB preferred ; Project Management certification (PMP or Prince II)

Shifts : UK Shift, 5 days working

Role : Team Management

Overview :

- Knowledge Services (KS) is client's value-added services arm with capabilities in Consulting, Analytics and Automation. The dual role of KS is to help sell more and deliver better. Sell more transformational BPO deals and deliver better outcomes for Teleperformance clients globally, by leveraging our proprietary TAP (Technology | Analytics | Process Excellence) framework.

- The primary role of the Consulting leader is to manage and expand Consulting portfolio through effective value-based selling and client focused delivery.

- As part of the global KS function, this is a Mancom role, reporting into the Head of Transformation & Knowledge Services, and requires a high degree of entrepreneurship, P&L ownership, people leadership and mentoring.

Desired Skills :

- Exposure to RPA, Advanced Analytics and Design Thinking techniques

- Strong solution selling (consultative selling) expertise

- Comprehensive experience in building strategy and solution along with implementation

- Must have led mid and high scale projects in past, exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the programmes

- Demonstrable experience of leading high performance individuals and teams

Responsibilities :

1. Independently manage the consulting P&L and lead a team of seasoned consultants experienced across domains and verticals in specialty areas such as, but not limited to - operational consulting, lean six sigma, business research, strategy development, financial modelling and workforce optimization

2. Drive all phases of business and solution development, including research, analysis, due diligence, and evaluation of final solution/proposition in the Consulting and BPO space

3. Spearhead business development initiatives within KS/Consulting unit and support BPO deals with consultative and solutioning capability

4. Promote growth by taking initiative to identify and cultivate new clients and business opportunities, and identify opportunities to provide additional client value and extension of existing client relationships

5. Structure ambiguous problems, develop and apply conceptual frameworks and analytical approaches, create new tools and methodologies, and develop recommendations for client solution implementation

6. Independently structure, write, and present well-organized and persuasive end services

7. Utilize strong communications skills including the ability to command an audience

8. Develop intellectual capital including new and insightful frameworks and analysis

9. Effectively create, unify, and guide teams of people with disparate skills

10. Be a strong team player. Hire and mentor consulting staff

11. Manage and collaborate effectively with team members of the broader KS team and partner with cross-functional teams across the BPO businesses and geographies

12. Meet or exceed specific growth projection as well as report and measure progress against month, quarter and annual goals

13. Role will require extensive travel (both within India and outside) and flexibility in working hours

Skills :

- Adept at structuring ambiguous problems and developing strategic solutions driven through implementation

- Demonstrates an ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues

- Possesses exceptional analytical skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis

- Possesses a strong entrepreneurial drive and spirit

- Skill at managing stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness

- Strong inductive and deductive reasoning with proven ability to understand client's business priorities

- Is decisive; maintains a clear focus and sees action through to delivery

- Is energetic, determined, positive, goal-focused and consistent - even under pressure

- Builds trust and demonstrates integrity in all circumstances
