Essential skills, experience, and qualifications :

1. 10-16 years of experience in total

2. Experience in modeling, measuring, monitoring and managing the market risk :

- The Risk Division acts as guardian of the bank's risk appetite and provides effective and independent risk oversight.

- Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), which sits with senior management and provides group-wide holistic risk coverage focusing on cross-functional and cross-divisional risk governance, frameworks, policies, and processes.

3. Strong experience in Stress Testing and Back Testing of the Market Risk Models with Market Risk Methodologies

4. Experience in risk financial modeling

5. Using a big data platform and machine learning as part of a strategic change initiative

6. Understanding and experience in a strict control's environment (e.g. BCBS239, SR11-17)

7. Masters degree in a discipline like - Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research.
